THE LUCKY ONES

Pitched as Thirteen Reasons Why meets One of Us Is Lying, THE LUCKY ONES is the story of May and Zach, and examines whether it’s possible to heal after extreme tragedy. It's inspired in part by all the children who have experienced school shootings, of whom there are far too many in this country. Told in two POVs, the novel explores grief, survivor's guilt, PTSD, and learning to trust again.
